When you call, you will speak with a care coordinator. That is a real person who understands Progressive Medical Center's services and can guide you. Coordinators are not receptionists reading a script.
The call is a conversation, not a commitment. You can describe what you are dealing with, ask questions, and learn whether PMC might be able to help. There is no pressure to schedule on the spot, and no one will push you through a funnel.
If PMC is a good fit, your coordinator will walk you through next steps. That includes scheduling your initial consultation, explaining what to bring, and telling you what to expect at your first visit.
Initial consultation: $250. Pricing for specialty programs may vary, and your coordinator will walk through the expected range during the call.
A Dedicated Team for Out-of-Town Patients
Patients travel to Progressive Medical Center from across the country and around the world. Our patient navigation team, led by Bertie Jones Morris, handles scheduling, logistics, and itineraries so treatment begins the day you arrive in Atlanta.
Stays range from a single evaluation visit to three months or more, depending on your treatment plan. Whether you are coming for a consultation or an extended program, we have done this thousands of times and have the systems in place to make it straightforward.
