The Practitioner and His Approach

25+ Years of Finding Answers

Andrzej Wor has been with Progressive Medical Center since 1999. Across 25+ years at PMC, he has built out the diagnostic side of the practice alongside Dr. Gez Agolli, and he is one of the longest-tenured members of the team.

Before joining PMC, Andrzej spent 8 years in brain injury rehabilitation, diagnostics, and pain management as an Integrative Medical Specialist. He holds degrees in both medicine and management, and carries certifications from Heidelberg Medical, GE Medical Systems, and as an Electromedical Technologist. At PMC, his specialties and interests revolve around neurological and gastrointestinal systems.

Outside the clinic, Andrzej enjoys watching soccer and martial arts, training his Cane Corso dog, and cooking on the grill.

"Always help people and treat them as you would like them to treat your mother: with kindness, understanding, patience, and professionalism."

Diagnostic Capabilities

Finding What Others Miss

Andrzej's focus covers neurological and gastrointestinal systems, advanced functional medicine testing, and the biofeedback treatment that follows from brain mapping results. Together, these capabilities make up the core of PMC's diagnostic testing suite.

Brain Mapping & Neurofeedback Diagnostics

QEEG brain mapping that visualizes brain activity patterns, identifies dysregulation, and informs biofeedback treatment protocols.

Gastrointestinal Diagnostics

Heidelberg Gastrogram (stomach acid analysis), SIBO breath testing, H-pylori detection. Comprehensive GI workup that identifies root causes of digestive issues.

Advanced Diagnostic Testing

Oversees PMC's diagnostic testing suite including food sensitivity panels, heavy metal testing, oxidative stress markers, and other functional medicine diagnostics.

Biofeedback Treatment

Delivers neurofeedback/biofeedback sessions based on brain mapping results. One of the few practitioners in the Southeast with this dual diagnostic-and-treatment capability.

The Diagnostic Process

What Diagnostic Testing Looks Like

Diagnostics at PMC is a collaborative process. Your clinical provider (a physician, naturopath, or other specialist) reviews your health history and determines which tests will help clarify your case. That is when Andrzej steps in.

Andrzej walks you through each test, explains what it measures, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the process. Most of PMC's diagnostic tests are non-invasive and performed in the office, and results go back to your clinical team for interpretation and treatment planning.

This range of testing is uncommon in the Southeast. Many clinics refer patients out for specialized workups; at PMC it is handled in-house, from brain mapping and GI diagnostics to heavy metal and food sensitivity panels.
