The Practitioner and Her Approach
Personal Health, Clinical Experience
Kellyn Wingert is an integrative-trained, board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri State University, spent more than nine years in direct patient care as a registered nurse, and then returned to school at Maryville University to complete her family nurse practitioner training.
Her path to integrative medicine was shaped by her own health journey and the health journeys of people close to her. When she found Progressive Medical Center, the integrative approach aligned with what she had experienced firsthand. At PMC, her focus is chronic medical conditions and the coordinated, whole-person care that integrative medicine is built to deliver.
Born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, Wingert moved to Kansas City after nursing school and later relocated to Georgia, where she joined PMC's clinical team.
Outside the Clinic
Wingert enjoys going on adventures around Atlanta with her family, reading, listening to podcasts, and attending concerts and plays.

Your First Visit
What to Expect
Your first visit with Wingert begins with a comprehensive health evaluation covering your full medical history, current symptoms, what you have already tried, and the outcomes you are hoping to achieve. Chronic conditions rarely come from a single source, so the goal of the first visit is to get a complete picture before recommending a treatment path.
From there, her workup may include targeted diagnostic testing, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, IV therapy, naturopathic medicine, or coordination with other members of PMC's clinical team, depending on what your case requires.
You leave with a treatment plan, clear next steps, and the reasoning behind each recommendation, coordinated under one roof.
